Shipping Policy
Processing Time
We prioritize getting your order to you quickly and discreetly. Once your payment is successfully processed, please allow up to 48 hours (2 business days) for your order to be packed and for a tracking number to be generated. You will receive this tracking number via the email provided at checkout.
Shipping Method & Delivery Estimates
We ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail.
- Estimated Transit Time: Once the package leaves our facility, it typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
- Note: Delivery times may vary based on USPS delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
International Shipping: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States where our products are legally permitted.
Lost or Stolen Packages: The CBD Expert LLC is not responsible for packages that have been marked as “Delivered” by USPS but are claimed to be lost or stolen. However, if your package is lost in transit (not showing as delivered after 10 days), please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Return & Refund Policy
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged (e.g., a broken bottle) or you received the incorrect item, we will make it right.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thecbdexpert.com.
- Include a photo of the damaged product and the packaging.
- We will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
- You will not be responsible for shipping costs.
General Returns
Because our products are consumable health items, we can only accept return requests for unopened, unused product in its original, sealed packaging, within 7 days of delivery.
- Email info@thecbdexpert.com within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3 days.
- There is no cost to you for an approved return.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund only if the order has not yet shipped. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered processed and cannot be cancelled.
