How Much Is In It? How Much Do I Take?

Each unit contains 1200 mg of the Whole Flower Hemp Fluid (equal to .45 fl oz/13.3 ml).

The serving size is 0.2 ml (4 sprays).

There are about 50 servings per unit, approximately 240 metered sprays.

You’ll want to spray 2 times on each side of the mouth, so 4 times total. Do this once or twice per day.
