Benefits of CBD

The benefits of CBD are numerous! We know that it helps with pain and inflammation. We know that it is helping many people get off dangerous opiates.

Probably one of the best benefits relates to side effects. CBD goes into every cell of your body to help with homeostasis.

This article was originally written about what happens when you take CBD with coconut oil. Coconut oil is high in essential fatty acids, which is one of the reasons it has been shown to have profound positive effects on our health. It also contains large amounts of lauric acid, which is one of they key ingredients in breast milk. Lauric acid strengthens the immune system and helps us to combat viruses and bacteria. Besides coconut oil and breast milk, the only other dietary sources of lauric acid, which has been called a “miracle” ingredient, are palm kernel oil and butterfat.

When lauric acid is converted in the body to monolaurin, a monoglyceride, it can destroy lipid-coated viruses like herpes, HIV, measles, influenza and other pathogenic bacteria. Monolaurin is a potent antiviral, antibacterial, and antiprotozoal substance (meaning it can fight parasitic diseases.)

Some of the benefits of coconut oil are:

  • Kills bacteria, viruses, and fungi
  • Anti-inflammatory properties
  • Helps to regulate blood sugars
  • Helps boost brain function
  • Boosts metabolism

  1. Your whole flower CBD is it the whole plant, stems, leaves and flower or just the flower? I’m confused reading your site. Does it have oil in it? Or is it water? I’m in a lot of pain from fibromyalgia and have tried 6 types of CBD oil. None have done anything to help me and the cost if each has been 95.00 which times 6 is expensive for no help with pain. Who sells the real deal CBD?
